Already registered?

If you are already registered with LeavePlus, please log in using the ‘Member Portal’ button below to submit your enquiry. Logging in allows faster processing as your identity will already be verified in your enquiry. You will also be able to attach any documents or files, using the Your Files secure file upload function in the member portal.

At LeavePlus, we value our members’ feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. If you’re dissatisfied in any way, we encourage you to let us know. We take all complaints seriously and strive to resolve complaints respectfully, fairly, and efficiently. To lodge a complaint, click the ‘Online enquiry’ button below and select ‘Complaints’ from the ‘Enquiry Type’ dropdown menu.
