• View your digital member card
• Update personal and contact details
• View entitlement and service history
• Lodge a missing service investigation request
• Submit a long service leave claim
• Download Statements of Service and claim Pay Statements

The LeavePlus member portal is mobile compatible, allowing members to access online services on the go with a smartphone.

Setting up access

If you already have an email address saved to your LeavePlus member profile, select the ‘Set Up Access’ button below to complete your online access setup:

If you do not have an email address saved to your LeavePlus member profile, please call us on 03 9664 7677 or 1300 264 683 so that we can update your member profile and set up your access to the LeavePlus Portal.
