The Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1997 is an act of Parliament that creates a Scheme providing for portable long service leave in the Victorian construction industry. CoINVEST Limited (trading as LeavePlus) is the named Trustee and empowered to administer and enforce the Scheme created by the Act and the Rules.

LeavePlus is the trading name of CoINVEST Limited: a public company which administers the Portable Long Service Leave Scheme for the construction industry in Victoria.

Each year we publish The Fund Report, The Financial Report, and The Annual Report for our members. Publications up to 2023 appear under the CoINVEST brand, and publications thereafter are published under the name LeavePlus.

LeavePlus' organisational structure and Executive Team has been designed to encompass a 'whole of business' approach in the way we support the business and deliver our services. 

The LeavePlus board has eleven Directors, consisting of eight industry representatives and three independents.

LeavePlus' vision is to be the best operator of a portable entitlements Scheme. Our purpose is to support and protect the long-term wellbeing of construction workers and the vitality of the construction industry.
