Your Files

CoINVEST has recently made some changes to protect your security and improve delivery of our core processes.  For employers like you this means that quarterly Workers Days and Wages (WDW) submissions via spreadsheet must be submitted via the new ‘Your Files’ function in the CoINVEST Member Portal.

At the end of the quarter, you will receive an email advising that a document has been made available for you to download in the Your Files section of the online services Employer Portal.  Log in to the Employer Portal at www.coinvest.com.au:

1. Select the Your Files tab from the menu at the top.

2. Download the new WDW spreadsheet template and follow the instructions to complete it.

3. Submit your completed WDW via the upload function in the Your Files tab before 14 April 2021.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once your document has been successfully uploaded.

To comply with our enhanced privacy practices, Spreadsheet WDW submissions via email will no longer be accepted and must be uploaded using the secure Your Files upload function.  Please be sure to use the new WDW spreadsheet template for this and all future WDW submissions, as other forms of spreadsheet will not be accepted.

Why have we made these changes?

Emailed WDW submissions are no longer considered best practice in 2021.  With too many Australian businesses suffering privacy breaches last year, there is an increased need to ensure robust security around private information and transactions.

Our secure Your Files function in the CoINVEST Member Portal guarantees that your workers’ private information is delivered to CoINVEST safely every time and puts all your WDW submissions and transactions in one convenient and reliable platform.
