Safeguarding your portable long service leave entitlement and the data we collect about you and all of our members is our highest priority. To improve the security and ease of access to the LeavePlus portal, we’re implementing a new authentication platform. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience with LeavePlus.

What to Expect

Over the next couple of months, we will be implementing a new authentication solution that will provide a more secure, user-friendly way to access the LeavePlus Portal. Here’s what you can expect:

  • If you’re logging in on a mobile device, you will notice the log in page will be updated to the LeavePlus branding (formerly CoINVEST).
  • You will have the ability to unlock your account yourself. You’ll also be notified if your account is locked for any reason.
  • No more copying and pasting temporary passwords if you forget or need to reset your password. You will instead receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Better supporting guidance and new website FAQs to support you logging in.

So, what do I need to do?

To make the move as smooth as possible, we recommend that you do the following:

Update or confirm your personal and contact details

You may have moved house, set up a new email address, or changed phone numbers since you last logged in to the LeavePlus Portal. Log in and confirm that all your personal and contact details are up to date.

Add your mobile number to your profile

In addition to your email address, we use your mobile number to contact you and to verify your identity when you contact us. Check that you have saved your current mobile number on your profile. This will also help to protect your personal information where Multi-Factor Authentication is active.

Keep an eye out for any messages or contact from us

We may contact you in lead up to this change if we identify any incorrect details on your profile (for our Worker Members) or if we need your support to correct worker details (for our Employer Members). We will also have an update on the LeavePlus website to let you know the transition has been completed.
