Keeping your contact details up to date ensures that you information is secure, allows us to seamlessly verify your identity and communicate important information and updates to you.  

Keeping your information up to date  

Log in to the LeavePlus portal. If you haven’t don’t this before, you can set up online access here. On your profile page, you will see your contact details.  

Update or confirm your personal and contact details 

You may have moved house, got a new email address, or changed phone numbers since you last logged in to the LeavePlus Portal. Log in and confirm that all your personal and contact details are up to date. 

Add your mobile number to your profile 

In addition to your email address, your mobile number is one of the main ways for us to contact you and to also help verify your identity when you contact us. Check that you have saved your current mobile number on your member profile. This will also help to protect your personal and private data via Multi-Factor Authentication.
