Director Elections 2023

The CoINVEST Board has eleven Directors, consisting of eight industry representatives and three independents.

Four of the Directors are elected by workers in the industry (two representing building trades workers and one each representing electrical trades workers and metal trades workers). Four are elected by employers in the industry (two representing building trades employers and one each representing electrical trades employers and metal trades employers). Three are independent “specialists” appointed by the eight industry Directors from nominations provided by an independent assessment committee.

CoINVEST is conducting elections for four positions of Director of the Board. This Notice of the elections will is published on http://www.coinvest.com.au from 1 March 2023. The positions are:

1. A Class Director representing Building Trades Workers – held by Paddy McCrudden.
2. A Class Director representing Electrical Trades Workers – held by Arron Harris.
3. B Class Director representing Building Trades Employers – held by David Newnham.
4. B Class Director representing Metal Trades Employers – held by Timothy Piper.
