Reporting service

Employers are required to complete quarterly returns to report the service of their Workers. You can also complete a Missing Service application if previous service has been unreported or misreported for your Workers.

Quarterly returns

You must submit a return every 3 months, even if you don’t hire workers. Learn what to report and when.

Every 3 months, you must tell LeavePlus about any workers who have performed construction work in Victoria.

When to report

Returns are due within 14 days after the end of each quarter. We’ll send you a reminder about returns before the deadline.

What to include

  • worker names and registration numbers
  • start and end dates of employment
  • days worked
  • ordinary pay amounts
  • apprenticeship completion dates
  • any workers who left during the quarter.

What happens if none of my workers completed construction work in the quarter?

Even if your workers didn’t perform any construction work in Victoria during the quarter, you still need to submit a return showing 0 days. This keeps our records up-to-date and lets us know that you are fully compliant.

Missing service
