In April we launched a brand new experience for claiming long service leave. Since then, we’ve worked on a few highly requested features that will make it even easier to submit claims.

From today, when you start a claim, you’ll automatically see the new experience. There’s no need to opt in — it’s already active.

Note: If you are a working sub-contractor , or were one previously, you won’t see the new experience just yet. But stay tuned – we’re working on it!

What’s new?

We’ve made several enhancements based on your feedback. Here’s what’s new:

Track your claims

You no longer need to call us to check your claim’s status. Just log in to your portal and you’ll see the status in the improved Claims list.

Note that the list only shows claims you’ve started in the new experience. So, if you want to look at claims you’ve submitted in the old experience, go to the My Claims section of your portal.

Enjoy an improved flow

Get more guidance and a user-friendly process from start to finish, whether you’re submitting a claim using a mobile device or your computer.

Save a draft

Started a claim, but missing some information? Not a problem! Your details are saved automatically when you select Next on the form. The claim will be saved as a draft and you can come back later to finish it off.

Choose a gift

Now it’s quicker and easier to select a gift as part of your claim submission. Order a stylish t-shirt, cap or even a beanie in just a few clicks.
