What happens after you register?

You’ll get online access and can log in any time to:

• Check your total service.
• See your leave balance if you have reached entitlement.
• Submit a claim when you’re eligible to be paid a long service leave benefit.
• Update your contact details.

Your employer reports your service

Every quarter, your employer tells us how many days of service should be credited to you, including:

• regular workdays.
• paid leave.
• Unpaid personal leave.
• trade school days for apprentices.
• WorkCover days.

You can check for missing service

If you notice gaps in your service record, let us know. We’ll reach out to your employer to get it sorted.
